How does Team billing work?
Team is $10/month and includes your first seat. Each additional user is $4/month, billed per seat, for teams of up to 20 — and we only charge for the seats you use. Seat changes are prorated automatically by Clerk Billing. Need more than 20 seats? Get in touch and we'll sort out a larger plan.
Can I switch plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade any time from your account settings — proration is handled by Clerk Billing.
What happens to my data if I downgrade from Team?
Your projects, tasks, and time entries stay exactly where they are — you just lose access to the team-only surfaces (member management, team dashboard, team reports). Re-upgrade later and everything's still there. Free and Pro use a personal workspace, so there's no data migration on the way down.
How do you handle cancellations?
Cancel any time. Your plan stays active until the end of the current billing period; we don't pro-rate refunds for partial periods, but you keep access until the period ends.
Do you offer discounts for non-profits or open source?

Is there an annual plan?
Annual billing is coming soon. Until then, monthly pricing applies to all tiers — cancel any time.
